After tackling a series of technological problems, the total acidity of alcohol vinegar cloud get 12% and maintain a steady base level of production. The clear and transparent alcohol vinegar has pure flavor and taste; it could be used directly, or diluted to different concentration according different purposes. Since the high acetic acid concentration, using high acidity vinegar could save on storage space and freight costs.
Compound condiment: apply to process of salad, tomato sauce, mustard sauce, mayonnaise and other formulated vinegar. The alcohol vinegar could have impact on preservation, flavor, and extending shelf-life.
