The structural components of wheat roasting system and how it works:
Fannuoer FN-CMJ-1 wheat roasting system is composed by 6 parts, including burner, stove, roller and its drive, preheat device, smoke removal system and temperature measure device. The structural diagram is as follows:
滚筒内放入足量石英砂,滚筒转动时石英砂通过分离筛和回沙管在滚筒内循环,在火焰炙烤下逐渐变热,小麦通过原料预热装置进入滚筒后被炙热的石英砂包裹,被迅速烘焙成熟而体积膨大,而后随着滚筒的运转排出设备。
Enough quartz is input to the roller and it will cycle through separating screen and quartz-back tube. The quartz will get hot under the scorching of stove. When the wheat entered to the roller after preheated, it will be covered by the hot quartz and be roasted to expand and cooked, then be discharged by the running roller.
整套生产线完善的自动控制系统可以实现无人化生产,焙炒后的小麦膨化度适宜、香气浓郁,粉碎粒度均匀可控。
Unmanned operation is achieved when using this improved production line with automatic system. Th×can get a fit expansion ratio and heavy aroma, meanwhile the particle size could be adjusted.
