By using modern fermentation technology, Fannuoer malt vinegar are finally manufactured with carefully selected malting barley. The process involves several steps such as saccharifying, alcohol fermentation, acetic acid fermentation etc. The malt vinegar keeps the traditional flavor, but has a more complex and heavy aroma. The concentration of acetic acid could obtain 8g/mL.
